Our History
Home Service Heroes brand was founded in 1999 by Manny Polizzi and his two sons – Jon and Jay. In the beginning, we were a commercial construction company that took care of residential clients in our “spare time.” After only a few years in business, when Jon returned home from the Army active duty, the trio decided to focus more of their efforts on the part of the business that they enjoyed the most – taking care of homeowners. In 2004, Home Service Heroes (formally called Parallel Connection Services) rebranded and emerged as a 100% residential and commercial service company that is driven to provide the best customer service to the entire Tampa Bay area. It wasn’t long into this new endeavor that the community dubbed us “Tampa Bay’s Favorite Electrician” and the company grew on word of mouth and happy client referrals and testimonials. In late 2015 Manny and Jon decided to take on a new division of the service industry and began to service and repair residential air conditioning systems. We felt like this was one more amazing service we could help homeowners with and, so far, the response has been great!
